We worked with the owner Cheyne as he replaced a cracked bathroom sink along with all of our bathroom fixtures. Our house is old and it proved to be a little more complicated. He worked hard to locate hard to find replacement parts in turn saving us money in the long run. He is honest and has our best interest and budget in mind. We are very happy with his work and use him again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”

“Sheldon plumbing installed a whole home water filtration system for us and we absolutely love it. They provided us with the knowledge to make an informed decision. We got the equipment we needed, not something that they tried to sell us. They did a super clean job, were fast, friendly, clean and were economically priced. “Randomly google'ed plumbing to locate some pipes for my house renovation, and wasn't sure what to expect with the plumber. Cheyne was professional. He had the right tools for the job, and finished the work in an hour. Unfortunately, only half the pipes was located before he left. I reached out to him later and explained that I wanted him to locate the pipes to the main city line and felt that the job was left incomplete. It seems there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication, but to my relief, he was able to schedule a time right away and finish the job. That's real service right there. I felt it was easy for me to explain the situation, and he worked with the problem instead of against it. As a customer, I felt I could communicate my concerns and in return, he was reasonable, efficient, and trustable. Will definitely reach out again for other jobs! Thank you Cheyne!”

He did a great job, I love my out side side shower. But, a few days later one of my pipes burst and he came over at 7PM at night to fix the pipe. He did not give one excuse not to come. He could tell in my voice that my family needed him and it was an emergency. He came over and fixed the issue. Wow, Wow, Wow, great service you don't see that anymore. He took care of my family.
